Therefore,a new component-based and assemblage-oriented developing idea for the group companies was proposed with the help of the traditional industrial productive concepts (decomposition,standardization,exchange,custom-made,assembly ,return to original state,production line⋯) and basing on the newest achievements(say,software pattern,middleware,domain project,software product line)in component technology and software reuse technology .Namely,the group companies’ management software development method with decision-making as its focus and component-based and assemblage-oriented and dynamic adaptation,i.e.GECBD(group’s ERP on component-based development)method,was proposed,based on the existing component platforms(say,EOS or JB3)．Practically,the method provides reference for getting rid of the present plight of the large--scale group enterprise information construction,and explores the field of the software industrialization．
