You ask me what's my favourite food,I have so many favourite food such as rice,meat ,apples,bananas.The hot chili peppers is my best favourite and the hotter,the better.Without hot chili I really don't want to live .Why is that I come from Hunan,where girls are called spicy girls,there is a song called spicy girls sunged by Song Zuying who also comes from Hunan.As a Chinese common saying says,江西人不怕辣,湖南人辣不怕,四川人怕不辣,I like the hot chili very much.
You ask me what's my favourite drink,I tell you it is boiled water.The boiled water can not only relieve our thirst but also improve our health.In addition ,it can make you more beautiful by moist skin,clean intestine.When I catch a cold I always drink a lot of boiled water instead of taking medicines and then I refresh very quickly.Then,it can help us avoid
fatigue .A research shows that for those people who often drink boiled water,it is not easy to feel tired.However,after drinking any kind of carbonated soft drinks (or carbonic beverage) you'll have to go to the WC to pee and feel thirsty very soon ,what's more ,the carbonated soft drinks have many harms to human ,their harms can be listed as below,firstly,they cause to osteoporosis;secondly,lower immunity;thirdly,hurt the digestion,;fourthly,they can lead to attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder (ADHA ) for children.So I never drink any beverage except the boiled water.
