I have received notice saying that you will be leaving for the United States in the upcoming student exchange program. While I congratulate you on this wonderful mission, I feel the necessity to warn you about a common problem for us foreigners.
When you are there, you might encounter the challenge of being unfamiliar with the roads and the locations of the United States. Speaking different languages, you might find it very difficult to ask for instructions, too. I think it is best that firstly, you bring a map with you on your trip, and secondly, you should learn the basic questions you might end up using in English, such as “Can you please tell me how I could reach this place?” so you would not get lost.
