If you have enough money , what kind of house will build up

If I have enough money, I will build up a two stories house near a beautiful beach so that I can go to the beach every day. There will be a small garden in the back of my house. I will grow flowers and trees in it. There will be at least five bedrooms so that if my friends come, they can stay there at night. Of course the house will have two bathrooms.
