选A,原因有二,一是因为由with pleasure很高兴为你去做（现在还没做）可以看出表示将来时,；二是因为由while引导的时间状语从句,遵循主将从现原则.

填which是可以的,因为先行词是house,定语从句中缺少bought的直接宾语,指物,既可以用which,也可以用that,还可以省略关系代词什么也不填.
