再答： 我语法也不行的，也不知道听写的有没有语法错，因为这句中我听出的“rightfully his”并不是100%确定，说话人声音降低了。 我是照意思来写的，rightfully的意思是“合理的，正义的”， 所以capable enough to claim what is rightfully his可以理解为“有足够的能力去索取本应属于他的东西” 另外我又听了一遍，感觉还是tamed, 驯服的意思。你注意他说话时候是说成I've tamed it, 那个've的部分是清读的。 And in time, i have tamed it，shaped it. 一段时间以来，我驯服并重新塑造了它。
