Human Factor is an applied science which concerns about human who operates machines or facilities.The application of Human Factors benefits improving the behavior of human, and it reduces the human errors. Human Factors represent the principle and methods of behavioral science, engineering and psychology. Factors and reactions related to human with human is the main researching content of Human Factors.
The Human Factors in aeronautical maintenance majoys in researching of the factors which affects the behavior of human,the improvement of havior of aeronautical maintenance people,reducing human errors and securing of the flight.The research of recent years shows that the flight affairs related to human factors increased to 80% , and affairs related to maintenance people increased too, and flight affairs related to machine factors reduced due to the improvement and development of plane system while flight affairs related to machine factors increased.It's a common goal of the aeronautical world to put emphasis on the human factors of aeronautical maintenance and reduce the human errors.
