Population of England is 50 million.Most people try to buy their own house/home and that has made the cost of buying accommodation very very expensive.As the English are such a mixed people,local customs and accents in England vary a great deal and local pride is still strong in some parts of the country.
The language spoken most widely in the UK is English.However,as the UK is a multicultural society you will come across many other world languages being spoken in homes and in the street.English has a number of regional accents
The clothes fashion at the moment seems to be to wear torn and ragged clothes,and for the women to show their stomachs and the top of their panties,and for the men to wear jeans with rips/holes in them-they actually buy them like that .I think it would be easier to buy a good pair and then cut them with scissors yourself.
Our climate is never very extreme.We get some rain,some snow,some sun and some wind,but it is never too hot or too cold and we dont have monsoons or hurricanes or earthquakes ,the only problem is the weather can change quite a lot during one day.So you could go out in a t -shirt and jeans in the morning and by afternoon it could be pouring down (rain) and cold,so you are never sure what to wear.
