could和should做猜测语气的时候 could的语气比should更肯定
eg："The answer could be right.“的语气就比"The answer should be right."肯定
但是 具体的应用却要看语境 这就比较难判断了
should情态动词作为推测 是按常理推测 近于事实 多表示“理应”做什么
以你的句子为例 There should (chould错) be any difficulty about passing the road tese since you have practiced a lot in the driving school.（同学,顺便提请一下.any后应该用difficulties）
就表示“你练习了那么多,路考理应没有任何困难的通过.”
It's 7o'clock ,jack should be here at any moment.
为什么不用could?明显的 已经七点了,按语境,jack随时会到这,或者说“理应”随时到这时 should就比could肯定语气强烈.
所以这类题目结合语境很重要 若是表示“可能”就用could ”理应”就用should
