a notice for physical examination

Dear Rosewall,
Hello.This is Li Hua.I am writing to inform you of the physical examination.Our school will organize a physical examination for all the teachers and students.It is at the No.1 Centrual Hospital on next Tuesday morning.Pay attention that you can eat nothing the day before the physical examination and do not drink either.Everybody will gather at the school gate at 7:00am,Tuesday.
