it is known to all that the obesity and overweight problems are on the rise in china.obviously,the apparence of all kinds of fast food restuarants is a reasonable answer to this problem.Besides,lacking of excecise with the development of transportation is still a important reason.How can we settle this problem?
In my point of view,there are some solutions toward this question.Firstly,government have the responsibility to acknowledge us by video,magazines or other ways to make us know the bad effect of overweight and obesity.as a consequence of this,we will afraid a lot about being fat,and obviously,afraid will make us have the energy to lose weight.Secondly,if we know enough about the disadvantages of overweight,we need to have the willpower to insist doing excercise every a period of time,like runing about a killometer every morning.If lose weight or not isn't depends on the time that we taking excercise a day,it depend on how long you insist .Thirdly,it is still very important to control your diet,like eating less junk food,less fast food,less sweet food and so on.
if the government thake its responsibility and every overweight person can control their diet and do enough excercise,the problem is sure be soluted.
