英语翻译近来网路监控到部分同仁的邮件与外域邮件频繁,有导致侍服中病毒可能性且为公司数据保密.因无法轻易查出所发送的邮件内

Recently,according to the network monitoring,part of the colleagues are of high frequency on communicating with the exterior domain through e-mails.And thus may bring the computer virus to the servo as well as for the confidentiality of the company .For it's hard to find out the content of the e-mails which have been sent.I wonder whether it is necessary to prevent part of the colleagues who have no concern with the external interest from sending e-mails,and control part of the colleagues to send internal mails on RI only.Please judge whether it is feasible.
