Have always been a dissapointment since Costa Sands was not the owner of the chalet.
Everything went downhill since Island Resort & Goldkist took over.Place was not properly cleaned,swmming pools has algea,bathroom is horrible,sheets were not cleaned and worse is their service.Went there about 2-3 times each year,service never changed.My worse experience was with Goldkist Resort front desk and manager's service.They were impolite to our very small request (we asked for a broom & why our side could not BBQ) very small qn.With the worse expression they denied our qn.Coldnt they just answer?Is that simple.Going again this Augut 09,will not be worth the trip,but my family likes going here cos is close to the beach.I personally hate it.
