My good habits and life style
Like the other young people,I don't like to go to bed early and always get up late.But I am always active and energetic in the evening ,especially at night.Although I like reading in the evening,I know it is the bad habit.But now I am trying to change myself.Also I like sports so much that I spend much time on sports.My favpurite sport is running and swimming.Talking about my diet,I enjoy having meat,no matter what kind the meat is.Sometimes,I think it is not good for me to have so much meat.But as we all know,it is not easy to give up.
