Currently,one hot spot in the global researches on capital structures is the financial crisis study,in which the most focused subject is the financial crisis alert.In recent years people pay more and more attention to the listed companies,where the financial cirsis issues are even severe.Hence the study on listed company financial crisis alert and analysis of treatment process is significant in our country.
It is a consent among Chinese researchers that 'ST' marks the occurance of financial predicament in a listed company.Therefore,an ST company is closely studied in this paper .Fristly the paper introduces the latest studies on financial crisis,both at home and abroad.Then it takes 'ST Boxin' as a sample to further analyse its recent years' financial data,then test it with Z-model,followed by discussion on the causes and progress of the formation of such financial crisis.Last,suggestions on how the company should get away from such predicament are given.
