本文分为四个部分.第一章为引言部分,提出我国教育中的惩罚存在的问题,介绍了中外学者对教育中惩罚的定义、分类、惩罚存在的必要性和合理性以及实施惩罚的原则与策略并提出了笔者的看法和观点.第二章通过分析小学生的个性特点总结出了小学教育中合理惩罚的四个特征,提出了教育中惩罚的四种功能.第三章通过案例分析的方法分析了教育中的惩罚的五种类型的特点以及使用方法和注意事项.最后一章结合实践提出了小学教育中合理惩罚的具体操作方法.
本文从理论入手结合实践,针对小学教育中所面临的问题,分析小学教育中的合理惩罚的性质和功能并提出相关策略,希望能为各位工作在小学一线的教师提供一些参考.
