二楼的回答，如果在tell him后用that的话，那么，就是引导的tell sb.sth.,意思就成了，“布莱克太太不得不告诉他，他买的东西是医生不让她吃的！”
三楼的回答被动式主语搞错了，如果是医生不准食物被她吃，那么翻译就应该是：the doctor didn't allowed the food eaten by her!

你这样翻译不对,因为"tell sb.sth"句型
他的原文：Mrs.Black had to
(tell sb.)tell him
(sth.)taht he had bought all the things the doctor did not allow her to eat !由于句中所要表达的sth.很长,不能用几个简短的名词,所以就以“that”代替,然后引出名词性从句.
而你的翻译在语法上出现了错误,你把主语定位错了,你的句子主语是“things”而原句的主语是“him”,所以导致意思也不正确了.
Mrs.Black had to tell him all the things that he had bought were not allowed to eat by the doctor!
你的翻译意思就变成了：布莱克太太不得不告诉他所有的事情,他买的是医生不准让她吃的东西!
