应该是“Who does she look like?”因为是问“她像谁?”“What does she look like? ”问的是“她长什么样?”
再问： 问题貌似用who的出现的不多、这个可以yongwho提问吗
再答： 确实出现的不多，但从语法上讲是可以这么问的。如果用“What does she look like?”回答“She looks like her mother.”也可以。
