用法：1.过去发生的动作,对现在造成的影响或结果.（已完成用法）
举例：He has lived here for three years.
改为否定：He hasnn't lived here for three years.
一般疑问：Has he lived here for there years

----No,he hasn't.（否定回答）
（对时间状语“three years”的）特殊疑问：

与一般过去式的区别：
1.现在完成时表示动作对现在的影响.
一般过去式表示过去动作的事实.
2.现在完成时表示过去开始的动作延续到现在.
一般过去式表示过去的动作已停止.
3.现在完成时不能和表示过去的时间状语连用,只能和表示现在的时间状语连用.
一般过去式和现在不发生关系,它只和表示过去的时间状语连用.
现在完成时的时间状语：just、already、yet、ever、never、befor；
once、twice、three times、some/few times;
so far、by now、up to now、till now;
recently、in recent years、
during/in/over + the past/last + few years;
since +时间点、for +时间段;
now 既可以用现在完成时,又可以用现在进行时.
一般过去式的时间状语：just now/a moment ago;…ago;
