"That's not bad,"says Jones,"but I'll take the trolley bus any day ----For one thing,it's easier on the legs;and in the second place,it goes two and a half times as fast."
Just then the trolley bus comes along,Jones hops on and Smith paddles after him.
Jones gets to town at 9:00 o'clock;Smith gets to town half an hour later.
