Abstract:educational fairness is the premise and basis of social justice,the pursuit of fairness of education is thedevelopment trend of human social education today,is the basic starting point of education reform in the world andan important target.In recent years,the gap between urban and rural education has become increasingly prominent,two yuan of segmentation in China society is the root cause of the gap between urban and rural education not.Narrow the gap between urban and ruraleducation should not only to develop the economy,improve the education system as the basis,but also depends on fair education.
