abstract:the clique was the secret organization among the grassroots level,which formed in the late period of feudal socity in China.They were very active at the stage of the Chinese history from late 1800s to early 1900s and played significant roles in the Xinhai Revolution led by the revolutionary members of bourgeois.This article gave a primary discussion on the evolution of the change of policies (from utilization to suppression ) adopted by the revolutionary members of bourgeois on the problem of clique and illstrated the halfway essence of the revolution.
