why are there increasing mental problems in middle school students?
why?it is because our educational system for
middle school fails or is it because our
students' load is too heavy?give me explainations.
Well,that's a matter of opinion and also varies in individual cases.
Personally I think the Chinese education system is not the best for children.Being a former high school teacher as well as a former student,I know exactly what kind of pressure the students are under,from their parents,their teachers as well as their peers.They are constantly asked to do better,to achieve higher,in order to survive in the harsh Chinese education system.
Alos the Chinese education system doesn't encourage independant thinking,it teaches students to listen and obey without questions.But sooner or later,there will come a time when the students will doubt their parents and/or teachers.And in most cases,their ideas will be put down as being rebellious,not filial.Which would also be troublesome to a young mind.
