其实这两题的性质是一样的,只需将这两句中的are改成am放到句首（含有系动词的肯定句改成一般疑问句,只需将系动词提到句首,其余基本不变）就可以改成一般疑问句.只要将肯定句里名词或动词前面加上没有、不是等意思就可以改成否定句.
