I am writing to give your some feedback about the trip I took recently with your company. I am generally happy with the service you provide but there is something I would like to raise your attention. I found littering is a big problem. Many tourist spots are polluted by the rubbish the tourists left. On the footpath in the mountain you could see litters, even at the springs, People left food wrapping, paper cups, cardboard containers, everywhere. Would you please do something about this matter? The tour guide be aware of this and make sure the members of the tour no to litter, The visitors should be educated to keep the environment clean and certain rules should be set to punish the polluters.
