As an integral part of Zhu Guangqian’s aesthetics thought, psychological thought has ever been paid less attention in the research process of Zhu Guangqian by researchers, from the 20th century to the present, the research on Zhu Guangqian’s psychology thought were seldom. The purpose of this paper is to conduct a preliminary study on Zhu Guangqian’s psychological thought formed in the earlier stage, analyze the origin of psychology as aesthetics methodology in Zhu Guangqian’s ideological system. On this basis the evolution and influence of psychology in the development process is combed, by taking the researches of Zhu Guangqian on Freud’s "Original desire sublimation theory" and Bois’s "Psychological distance theory" as the examples, so as to get a glimpse of the role of psychology played in Zhu Guangqian’s academic career.
