Spring Festival is my favorite.It usually comes in January or in February.It's the most important festival of the year and it is a time when all the family gets together.
I like Spring Festival because I have lots of free time at this time of the year.I can decorate the house with beutiful lights and flowers with my mother.There is always a big meal on New Year's Eve and on New Year's Day I wear my new clothes and visit friends and relatives.I can always get red packet with money so that I can buy whatever I want.What's more,My parents often take me to watch dragon and lion dacing.It's quite a bit fun.
My favourite festival is Chinese New Year.It
comes in January or February.Before
Chinese New Year,peole can clean their houses.usually
and do a lot of shopping .On the eve of the
Chinese New Year,we have a big dinner.After
dinner,we watch TV.
How do we celebrate Chinese New Year?We
wear new and nice clothes,eat dumplings and
visit relatives.We usually have dinner at the
relatives' house.We enjoy talking and eating.
And we can get new year's money from them.
We are so happy!At twelve o'clock,we watch
the fireworks.They're so beautiful!
My Favorite Festival
My favorite festival is New Year’s Day.I don’t have to go to school.I usually spend two hours on my homework and then enjoy myself.
On New Year’s Day morning,my mother goes to buy new clothes for us.She likes shopping best.My father dosen’t have to go to work.I stay at home to play computer games with him.The games are interesting and we get quite happy with friends on line.At noon ,we have a big meal of hamburgers and salad in KFC.I like them very much.And in the afternoon,we go to the countryside to visit my grandparents.I have no time to see them on weekdays.They’re very happy and give me much delicious food.I eat too much and have a stomachache.They all have a good laugh!
