Different people have different habits of eating.Some like light food while others like hot food.
I'd prefer light and nutritional food,such as all kinds of vegetables and light soup.I also like to steam food rather than fry it.I don't like barbecue.Most young people like hot food,like barbecue and chaffy dish.Actually different people from different areas have different habits of eating.Anyhow I think old people should eat light food.It's good for their health.
