By the rapid breakthroughs of internet and computer technology nowadays,some more meaning has been tagged on the concept of "speaking-free".As a new exchanging mode,six hundred and eighteen million chinese internet users who are using internet as a important tool in daily lives,including 500 million users on mobile and 45.8% popularizing rate in total.From this data,it can be easily observed that china has been a core market for new media.This paper would discuss the new traits and new meaning of internet free-speaking,not only the advantages like information expressing more efficiently,but also the disadvantages like the conflict with other rights and orders.As in this perspective,in order to make internet free-speaking grown in a appropriate way,a complete and serious law is required:the supervision from government and great manner of civilians.
