colour 可数用法的问题.

colour既可数又不可数.
1.当表示与声音、味道等相对而言的“颜色”这一事物属性时或者表示与黑白相对而言的“彩色”时是不可数的.
1）These insects can change colour.
2) All the pictures in this book are in colour.
3)You need more colour in this room.这房间的色调需要丰富些.
2.当colour指某一具体的颜色（如黑、白、红等）时,就成了可数名词了：
1）Red,orange,green and purple are all colours.
2) I prefer bright colours like red and green.
3) All the rooms were painted different colours.
all kinds of colours
We have different colours of cars.
