It was a pleasure meeting Zhang and yourself although I wish it had been under more positive circumstances. The Executive are keen to find a purchaser who can use Railcare as a foundation to develop larger access into the UK rail industry. This is a sale they are willing to do quietly and quickly.
- Given my role in the British real estate industry I have access to some excellent investment and development opportunities in London. I would be happy to guide any of your clients who might be interested in London real estate.
- With two other experienced real estate developers we are looking to set up China based business park development company and have already identified projects in Nanjing but are seeking opportunities throughout China in largely 2nd tier cities.
