制备锰铁氧体溶胶时,温度不能太高,太高会反应剧烈并生成大量黑色固本.需要把正硅酸乙酯滴加到盐溶液中,不停搅拌使其充分混合.得到的溶胶要注意调节其PH值,使其PH值在2-3之间.溶胶需放置一天进行陈化,观察.
通过XRD,扫描电镜以及磁特性的分析,有助于对MnFe2O4/SiO2复合薄膜结构的认识,正确认识到磁微粒分散到二氧化硅矩阵结构上的机理.磁微粒分散并稳定地存在于二氧化硅矩阵结构中表现出了非常依赖于颗粒尺寸大小的磁特性,表现出了高磁导率、高饱和磁化强度、低矫顽力和低损耗的特征.
